Enrollment Appearance

The enrollment design sets the appearance of the enrollment form that Operators use to enroll applicants. The Enrollment Designer allows the user to create or edit the name of the enrollment design, add or modify the name of steps, and add, rearrange, or edit the steps. Refer to Add or Configure Enrollment Design Steps for more information on steps. Use the instructions on this page to add or edit the enrollment design name.

Add the Enrollment Design Name

The enrollment design name appears above the enrollment form during the enrollment process. The name of the enrollment design must be unique. Follow these steps to add the enrollment design name.

  1. Click the Settingsicon in the left pane.
  2. Type a new Enrollment Design Name.
  3. Click SaveSave Enrollment Design to save or Close to exit without saving.

Edit the Enrollment Design Name

The enrollment design name appears above the enrollment form during the enrollment process. The name of the enrollment design must be unique. Follow these steps to edit the enrollment design name.

  1. Click Edit Edit Enrollment Design Name next to the Enrollment Design name.
  2. Type a new Enrollment Design Name.
  3. Click Save Save Enrollment Design to save or Close to exit without saving.
