About Account Entitlements
Entitlements are the number of users and credentials allowed for an Adaptive Issuance Instant ID as a Service Help tenant. The number of credentials and users is set by the entitlement bundle. For more information on tenants, refer to the Service Provider Online Help.
Entitlement Bundles
Entitlement bundles set default entitlement settings and control access to features in Instant ID as a Service. The Essentials bundle includes limited access to features and Advanced includes access to all features.
- Essentials:
The Essentials bundle includes the basic level of features for designing and issuing credentials. It limits users to create 15 users and 15 credential designs.
-
Enterprise:
Allows users to register webhooks for tenants, sending automatic notifications to specified endpoints when enrollments are created, updated, or deleted. Instant ID as a Service Enterprise can access webhooks through Instant ID as a Service or via API. For information on webhook APIs, refer to the Entrust Instant ID as a Service Issuance API Administration Guide. For instructions on using webhooks, refer to Register and Configure Webhooks. - Advanced:
The Advanced bundle includes all features for designing and issuing credentials. Tenets must have the Advanced bundle to configure magnetic stripe on a credential design. It does not limit the number of credentials designs or the number of users.
-
Professional: Includes Smart Card and External database features.
- Fleet Management as a Service (FMaaS):
MSPs with the FMaaS entitlement bundle can view the printer status information of all the opted-in tenants/resellers. Tenants/resellers will see the option to opt-in or opt-out to FMaaS on their Printer page.
- Mobile Flash Pass:
The Mobile Flash Pass entitlement bundle allows users to send Mobile Flash Passes.
- Printer:
The Printer entitlement bundle allows users to track the total printer count for tenants/resellers.
IIDaaS Ribbon:
IIDaaS Ribbon is an optional entitlement bundle that allows Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to enable IIDaaS permissions through a ribbon supply, without using annual subscriptions or per-credential charges.
Once the IIDaaS Ribbon entitlement is enabled for an MSP, they have the option to enable it for tenants/end customers. MSPs wont be billed for tenants that are enrolled in with the IIDaaS Ribbon entitlement. Printing is possible as long as the ribbon is correctly onboarded with the corresponding bundle (the bundle assigned during a tenant creation should match the ribbon entitlement bundle).
Note: MSPs must enable the Enable IIDaaS Ribbon check box for tenants using IIDaaS Ribbon. This allows tenants to use credits while issuing a mobile flash pass. Tenants can view the amount and expiration time of their credits by navigating to Home > Mobile Flash Pass and viewing the Mobile Flash Pass Credits section. Mobile Flash Pass (MFP) credits are exclusive to IIDaaS Ribbon tenants. MSPs with enabled MFP counters do not require credit tracking.
Note: MSPs can enable the IIDaaS Ribbon for a tenant at any time by clicking the IIDaaS Ribbon check box. The tenant must select their purchased cloud bundle from the Adaptive Issuance Cloud Bundles drop down menu before checking the Enable IIDaaS Ribbon check box.
Note: The Fleet Management as a Service, MFP, Printer, and IIDaaS Ribbon entitlement bundles are all optional.
